How to Write AI Music Video Prompts in BeatViz Chat
BeatViz Editor Chat is designed for creators who want to describe a music video shot instead of adjusting every generator setting manually. You tell Chat what you want to see; it prepares a request and shows a confirmation card before starting the image or video generation.
Step 1: Open the Chat workspace
Open an existing Editor project in Chat or use the Create Mode switch on desktop and tablet. Chat and Classic share the same song, generated files, and timeline.
Step 2: Describe the shot you want
Use the box below the conversation to describe a person, action, setting, and, if useful, a camera move or visual style. For example:
A singer in a dark recording studio, warm side lighting, close-up portrait, subtle camera push-in, realistic concert-film look.
A short request also works:
A guitarist performing under red stage lights.
If your request already includes the subject, action, and camera, lighting, or style detail, Chat uses your text as the prompt instead of rewriting it. If you give only a short idea, Chat expands it into a usable generation prompt and shows it on the confirmation card.
Step 3: Review before generating
Writing a message or receiving a suggested prompt does not by itself charge generation credits. Review the confirmation card and the settings before selecting Confirm. See Credits and confirmation in Chat.
Keyboard shortcuts and draft limits
Press Enter to send your message. Start a new line with Shift + Enter, Command + Enter on macOS, or Ctrl + Enter on Windows. Draft messages can contain up to 8,000 characters; the interface begins warning you at 6,000.
Chat responds in the language of your latest message. In a project without previous Chat messages, wait for the initial welcome message to finish before typing.
What if Chat is still generating?
The input can be temporarily locked while Chat is preparing and submitting the current generation request. Once that task has been submitted successfully, you can type another message even while the generated image or video is still processing.
How to get clearer shot results
Specify the subject, action, and visual direction so the intended shot is understandable. For a story with a recurring performer, consider creating and using clear visual references. For model choices, duration, and reference-photo behavior, read Chat image and video controls.
FAQs
Does Chat always rewrite my prompt?
No. A sufficiently complete shot description is passed through as the generation prompt. Short ideas may be expanded first.
Does typing a message cost generation credits?
No generation charge occurs simply because you type a prompt; image or video generation requires confirmation. Other account activity or conversation charges, if any, are governed by the current pricing interface.
Can I write to Chat in another language?
Yes. Chat replies in the language of your message.
