Yes, your subscription renews automatically each month—no action needed. You can cancel anytime by visiting your BeatViz Dashboard and clicking "Manage my subscription." Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Yes. Any unused credits from the previous month will carry over to the next month. Your credits will not reset or expire monthly.
No—your credits never expire. If you're on a subscription plan, any unused credits will continue to accumulate month over month.
Yes, absolutely. You retain full ownership of all content you create. BeatViz only provides the generation service—everything you generate is yours to use, including for commercial projects.
You can request a proportional refund based on unused credits. Refund amount = amount paid × (unused credits remaining from this purchase ÷ credits originally granted for this purchase). Credits already used for successful generation are not refunded. Credits automatically returned after a failed generation count as unused. Example: if you purchased 1,800 credits and still have 1,350 remaining, 75% of the purchase amount is eligible for refund. Email hello@beatviz.ai with your account email within 7 days of purchase. We review requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Canceling a subscription stops future charges but does not automatically issue a refund. You can still request a proportional refund as described above.
