Currently, Beatviz does not enforce a strict limit on audio length. However, for the best performance and faster generation, we recommend using audio files within 5 minutes. Longer audio files may increase processing time or affect generation stability.

After uploading your audio, you'll see an audio trimming slider on the page. By default, the video duration is set to 60 seconds, but this is not a limitation. You can: • Drag the slider freely to shorten or extend the duration • Customize the video length based on your needs

Yes. If a video generation fails, the system will automatically refund the credits based on the amount consumed. No manual request is needed — refunds are handled by the system.

In Beatviz, video creation happens in multiple steps. First, we generate: • The first frame image • The video prompt After reviewing and confirming these, you must manually click the "Generate Video" button at the bottom of the page to start the actual video generation. If this button is not clicked, the video will not begin rendering.

Once video generation has started, it cannot be canceled. Please make sure your prompt, audio, and settings are correct before clicking Generate Video.
